Conference Facilites: At the Kent International Hotel, the Conference Centre comprises of 3 rooms, suitable for hosting a discreet boardroom meeting, training days, interviews or conferences for up to 120 delegates. Please see the conference room layout below.

Your Co-ordinator
You will have a dedicated conference co-ordinator who will liase with you from your initial enquiry, throughout the organisation of your event, to the feedback on your departure. We will ensure that everything is planned in fine detail to ensure your day runs smoothly and is a success.

The Hotel’s business services and conference facilities will meet the highest expectations with your meeting room set up exactly to your specifications. What’s more, you’ll find within your meeting room the Conference Toolbox, perfect for any stationary bits and pieces you may need throughout your meeting. There is a variety of equipment available to hire for your day, simply let us know what you will need and we will arrange it.

Food for Thought
Early start? Then why not enjoy breakfast baguettes served in your meeting room, to ensure your delegates are ready for the day ahead. Throughout the day you’ll be able to take advantage of the delicious breakout foods available when you stop for coffee. Offering in room finger buffets, fork buffets or restaurant lunches, we are completley flexible and can tailor make menus to suit your tastes.

Rates
The room hire rates vary, subject to the dates, and number of delegates you require. You can cost your event the following ways:

8 Hour Day delegate rate – From £30.00 per person
This rate includes the following:

  • Tea, Coffee on arrival
  • Tea, Coffee & Snacks mid morning
  • Finger Buffet in the conference room or 2 course Lunch in the Atrium restaurant 
  • Tea, coffee & snacks mid afternoon
  • Room Hire Fee
  • Standard equipment hire of an OHP & Screen & 1 Flip Chart

24 Hour Delegate Rate – From £100.00 per person

  • Tea / Coffee on arrival
  • Mid morning Tea / Coffee break out
  • Buffet two course restaurant lunch
  • Mid afternoon Tea / Coffee break out
  • Room hire
  • Standard equipment hire
  • 3 course evening meal
  • Accommodation
  • Full English breakfast
  • Over night parking  

The alternative is to cost your room hire, equipment, lunch and tea & Coffee requirements separately.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite comprises of  the three conference rooms. The rooms are divided by removable screens which gives the suite the versatility of catering for between 2 and 120 delegates. Each of the purpose built rooms has good natural daylight and independent double door access on the ground floor.
